Disney has released a new publicity photo for the upcoming syndicated fantasy series Legend of the Seeker, produced by Spider-Man director Sam Raimi and based on Terry Goodkind's Wizard's First Rule and The Sword of Truth. The image shows stars Craig Horner as Richard Cypher, a woodsman who discovers his own magical powers, and Bridget Regan as Kahlan, a mysterious woman who joins a wise old wizard named Zedd to help Richard fight a ruthless tyrant who wants to unleash an ancient evil and enslave the world. The one-hour drama premieres in syndication Nov. 1.
